We work separately or together depending on the package booked, but we are a team and back each other up 100% of the time.

Basic Day Of Direction

Perfect if you are going to do all your own planning and decor etc and really only need a planner on the Day to make sure your wedding runs smoothly.
(this does not include DIY set up, but will include setting up the guest book/gift table)

  • Immediate 24/7 access to your personalized online planning system that keeps everything in one place
  • assistance with adding vendor names and contact numbers for you to reach out to
  • 3 weeks prior to the wedding date, planner assists with timeline
  • 2 weeks prior to the wedding date, planner sends timeline to all the vendors
  • 8 hours on your day of, making sure everything is in place and will run the ceremony if on site/cocktail hour/reception.
  • Planner will stay to the end if within the 8 hour time slot.

Day Of

Priced like what others call Partial but we have added a little extra for a stress free wedding

  • Initial helpful consultation via email and phone call or Face Time (We love getting to know our bridal couples)
  • immediate, 24/7 access to your personalized, amazing online planning system that keeps everything in one place.
  • We will add vendor contact names and numbers for you to contact
  • We will continue to monitor the planning via the website and reach out to you 60 days before the Day.
  • 1 month prior we assist with finalizing your decor and rentals
  • 1 month prior we  help you finalize your timeline and floor plan and make sure that you have wrapped up all your vendors
  •  2 weeks prior we send the timeline and floorplan to your vendors for final coordination
  • Set up personal decor at the venue - guest book/gift table, table numbers, escort cards if applicable, favors, signage, napkins
  • ceremony coordination if at same site as your reception (if you want us to do the ceremony rehearsal it is $125.00 extra)
  • 8 hours on Day Of coordination all the way through the Wedding ceremony/cocktail hour/reception to the end.
  • Pack up personal decor and set ready for a designated person to take with them.

Planning Direction

  • Initial emails and phone calls or Face Time to set you up on our amazing website and get to know you both.
  • 24/7 access to your personalized, amazing online planning system which includes budget tracking/layout/contacts etc etc!
  • Personalized vendor suggestions based on your personality, vision and your budget
  • Every 2 months,  contact with your planner to ensure booking of vendors and planning is moving forward and organized.
  • Finalization of decor and timeline 1 month before the wedding
  • 2 weeks prior  Planner to send the timeline and Floor Plan to all the vendors
  • Assistance with basic decor set up (we do not replace the florist as well as guest book/gift table, table numbers, escort cards, favors, signage, napkins
  • Make sure the venue and set up is perfect and ready for your celebration
  • Ceremony rehearsal included
  • Coordinate the day from beginning to end at your venue.
  • Pack up personal decor and take to designated room or vehicle at the end of the evening.

I used pinnacle planning for my recent wedding and hands down the best choice I ever made. Tomi and Linda were absolutely amazing! 10 Stars!! First of all, my wedding would not have been magical if it weren’t for Linda and her team at Pinnacle. From the time of booking to the day of execution, communication was excellent. I was deployed overseas when we booked Pinnacle, I chose their package with photography, full planning, and DJ. As a destination bride, it could have been a stressful journey, but Linda made it easy. Hands down, probably the best money we could have spent. She took my small vision and turned it into a majestic journey under the sea, and seamlessly executed the weather backup plan in the smallest time window ever! Our friends and family still rave about our wedding. Local or destination brides, you will not be disappointed with Pinnacle!

Listen, if you need a planner - look no further. Linda is outstanding. We hired her to be our Day of Planner and could not have found someone better. She helped us from afar (Atlanta) leading up to the day of in every way necessary to prepare us for a seamless (and gorgeous) wedding day. Her professionalism, organization, and her incredible accent 🙂 were such a joy to work with. And.. she absolutely loved our Harry Potter inspired wedding and fully got into character for it! I fully suggest upgrading your package to include her assistant. We literally had no worries on the day of. Linda retrieved all decorations from the room, set them up better than we could imagine and.. had all gifts, decorations, boxes of our wedding food in case we didn't get a chance to eat (we made a point to, though!), slices of cake, and the top of our cake back in our room before we even got back after the reception. We've been to several weddings where either the families or guests in general have had to help clean up, etc... not ours. This was an incredible touch and absolutely worth every penny. ZERO stress. Linda, from Britt and I - so many thanks to you for your help and just overall awesomeness for our special day. It came together perfectly and we could not have done it without you. We will definitely "ring" you when we are in Charleston next! Cheers!
