Perfect if you really enjoy planning, but need a little help in choosing vendors and you want your family and bridal party to relax and enjoy the day, or your venue requires a Wedding Planner.
  • Initial helpful consultation via email and phone call or Face Time (We love getting to know our bridal couples!).
  • Immediate, 24/7 access to your personalized, amazing online planning system that keeps everything in one place.
  • We will provide vendor contact names and numbers for you to contact.
  • We will continue to monitor the planning via the website and reach out to you 60 days before your wedding day.
  • 1 month prior to your wedding date, we assist with finalizing your decor and rentals.
  • 2 month prior to your wedding date, we help you finalize your timeline and floor plan and make sure that you have wrapped up all your vendors.
  • 3 weeks prior to your wedding date, we send the timeline and floor plan to your vendors for final coordination.
  • Set up personal decor at the venue – guest book/gift table, table numbers, escort cards if applicable, favors, signage, napkins.
  • Ceremony rehearsal included.
  • 8 hours on-site with coordination all the way through the wedding ceremony/cocktail hour/reception to the end.
  • Provides a designated person to pack up personal decor.

PLANNING DIRECTION

Priced like what others call “partial” but with a little extra for a stress free wedding.
  • Initial helpful consultation via email, phone call, or FaceTime (We love getting to know our bridal couples!).

  • Personalized vendor suggestions based on your personality, vision, and your budget.
  • Every 2 months, contact with your planner to ensure booking of vendors and planning is moving forward and organized.
  • Finalization of decor and timeline 1 month before the wedding.
  • 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, we to send the timeline and floor plan to all the vendors.
  • Assistance with basic decor set up as well as guest book, the gift table, table numbers, escort cards, favors, signage, napkins, etc. (florist not included)
  • We ensure your set up and decorations are perfect for your celebration.
  • Ceremony rehearsal included.
  • Coordinate the day from beginning to end at your venue.
  • Pack up personal decor and take to a designated room or vehicle at the end of the evening.

  BASIC DAY OF DIRECTION

Perfect if you are going to do all your own planning and decor. This is perfect if you need a planner to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly.

  • Immediate 24/7 access to your personalized all-access online planning system that keeps everything in one place.
  • Assistance with receiving vendor names and contact numbers.
  • 3 weeks prior to your wedding date, we assist with the timeline.
  • 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, we send the timeline to all the vendors.
  • A wedding planner will be on site for 8 hours on your wedding day, making sure your day runs as planned, planner will stay until the end of your day if within 8 hour time slot.
  • Does not include DIY set up, but will include setting up the guest book/gift table.
Day of Decor Package Add-On: Add this to your Day-Of Package if you are needing a bit more assistance with the set up of the personal decor (not replacing the florist) on the Wedding Day.

I began my internet search one warm May morning close to 10 months before my daughter’s wedding date. I started with The Knot, as thats where my Google search sent me.
